| The pulling force test machine of Model YSJ500-D is special-purpose test equipment that has been developed for the business system of electric power and the relevant enterprise. This article has discussed that the hardware structure and the software development of computer control system of the pulling force test machine. The computer control system is a closed loop control system that is composed of measure sensor, controlling hydraulic pump station, relay and computer, etc. The system can make the pull value that the work piece bears increase slowly according to the value that has been set in advance, untill reach the preset value, and keep the pull during the time which has been preset, in order to measure whether work piece can reach intensity required under preset pulling force and time or not. The computer control software of pulling force test machine that is developed by Delphi5 is the application software conforming to Windows standards. The software has the functions of data gathering, data processing, data saving, data base maintaining and inquiring, report form printing, etc. |
