With the rapid development of computer and network technology,the rapid rise of the Internet,electronic commerce based on WEB spread allover the world,online bank came into being in this wave.It has changed the traditional form of banking transactions,sparked a new economic revolution,and also is a modern commercial bank to change the mode of operation,an important part to achieve a strategic transformation.With the development economy of China,the rapid development of computer technology,the popularity of computer application in the enterprises,schools,banks.Therefore,we think it is necessary to develop a bank customer service software,using Ajax technology to design the interface,using JSP technology display the interface,SQL Server as a database,using the structure of Java system and Servlet combine the B/S architecture to implement the Customer Service System of Banking.In this paper,the bank customers service process were investigated,analyzed the importance of technology to build web-based Customer Service System of Banking.This paper analyzes the current popular network systems B / S architecture mode,using UML to design the system and using Java architectural pattern for overall system architecture,background database using Microsoft SQL Server database system,the database can greatly improve data security and data stability.The system combines the advanced programming language and data processing software,based on the advantages of the current computing model,significant savings in development funding and maintenance costs.The system's design,development theory and practice have adopted the idea from reality,with the administrator and the customer objects to communicate in-depth,comprehensive grasp of business processes and the operating mode of the bank customers service process to the actual needs as the basis for The system uses object permissions,use the function,use the detailed design mode.The whole system is broken function module development mode,clear function module module interaction between the target and contact information.After testing the system repeatedly,complete the design and implementation of the entire system.In this paper,the background of bank,Customer Service System of Banking was designed and implemented,and achieved very good results in the implementation of the application process in bank,greatly facilitate the administrator to the customer service management and banking customers online banking business,to achieve the desired goal.The final Customer Service System of Banking has two clients:one is the web client used by bank administrator to manager customers and accounts,another is the web client used by customers to query the account histories and execute tranfer among different accounts.
