With the rapid development of computer and information technology,the management informatization has become an important means or inevitable choice for enterprise to solve management problems and raise the capacity of making decisions and analysis,therefore,all kinds of software for solving enterprise management problems arises at the historic moment.By using the software,on the one hand,it makes employees free from some repeating and tedious work,improving work efficiency at the same time,on the other hand,the management software record a whole host of data relevant to enterprise productivity,human resources,finance,etc,in the run,for future reference and analysis by manages.However,with the development of market economy,enterprise scale is gradually expanding,the management software will record the vast amounts of data every day,so how to quickly and efficiently discover useful information of these data to serve the enterprise management police decision better and further improve the competitiveness of the enterprises,has become the contemporary hot issues for each enterprise,and the emergence of a variety of data analysis system provides an effective way for this problem.Enterprise financial analysis system is a kind of system,which enables to provide efficient,paperless financial data analysis and processing functions,by using professional knowledge in the field of finance and expert system technologies,and since the system involves some high-level secret information,the security of such systems has high requirements.Based on the above considerations,the selected topic,enterprise financial analysis system based on SAP,will be implemented by using JSP technology and SQLSERVER2008.The research chooses flexibility,meeting the personalized needs of the business enterprise as the principle to establish the enterprise's financial analysis system,achieving the goal of truly providing financial information of significant value for managers to make decisions.In this design,it mainly includes work are as follows:1.At the stage of gathering requirements,doing enough research and writing requirement analysis report;2.Designing the global structure and doing some more detailed design,including the design of functional module,system process design,database design,and system interface design,etc,also,implementing them;3.Repeatedly testing the system and optimizing it,to reach best development effect.Enterprise financial analysis system of B/S model,based on MVC architecture and JSP technology,can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises on the analysis and processing of financial data,reducing man-made deviation of analysis results,and at the same time,by relying on the platform to share information,it can make each division or department make decisions better bringing out the best in the company's financial,thus effectively to promote the improvement of enterprise competitiveness and steady development.
