With the deepening of economic system reform and the continuous improvement of power supply fund management system,power supply companies urgently need to innovate fund management and control means according to the development of market environment.In this project,Saa S mode is adopted to develop the fund management and control system of power supply company,to realize the information management of power enterprise contract related business,to improve the fund management and control efficiency of power supply company,and to solve the problem that the current power supply company project contract management information sharing channel is not smooth.The power supply company fund management and control system studied in this paper uses MVC structure to design the overall framework of the power supply company fund management and control system,and uses UML technology to design the power supply company fund management and control system in detail.In the system development stage,the front-end customers of the system use the combination of HTML and java script technology for development,and the database side uses My SQL database for unified data management.In the demand analysis stage of the system,through the in-depth investigation of the power supply company's fund management and control related business,this paper analyzes the four functional modules of the fund management and control system,including voucher management,account book management,financial analysis and system management,and analyzes the non functional demand of the fund management and control system from three aspects of performance,security and scalability,from the aspects of economic,technical and social benefits This paper analyzes the feasibility of the fund management and control system from the four aspects of operation,and then summarizes the information process of the fund management and control business of the power supply company,so as to lay a good foundation for the design and development of the fund management and control system.In the design phase of the system,MVC mode is used to design the overall architecture of the system,the fund management and control business process based on the fund management and control system,the data storage structure based on My SQL open source database,the data security scheme with master / slave / standby three sets of databases,and the specific business process planning of the fund management and control system,as well as the voucher management in the fund management and control system Subsystem specific process and interface design,as well as system security mechanism design.Finally,the open environment of the system is built to develop the fund management and control system,and a system test scheme combining white box test and black box test is designed to test the whole system.The test results show that the fund management and control system studied in this paper can meet the fund management and control needs of power supply companies and achieve the purpose of system development.
