Study On Information Interaction Interface Management Of Multi-Professional Collaboration In Engineering Project Design

With modern construction projects becoming increasingly complicated and configuration of design professional continuing to diversify,the design environment has changed quietly,which makes information interaction for multi-professional collaboration become particularly important,and puts forward higher requirements for the information interaction interface management in project collaboration.This thesis mainly analyzes the conflicts in the information interaction interface of design collaboration and aims at resolving conflicts by studying the composition of information interaction interface for design teams and elements for information exchange among all design professionals in the course of designing.Based on the definition of information interaction interface and informatization management methods,this thesis adopts Critical Success Factors and Business System Planning to identify enterprises' demand for information interaction interface and conduct demand analysis on existing interface status.This thesis puts forward the idea of constructing the design information management system,explores a new design information system planning scheme and the supportive function of this management system to the enterprise information interaction interface,and proposes solutions in the hope of resolving conflicts in the interaction interface of multi-professional collaboration.A case study was conducted on a large-scale design institute,which analyzes the application of information management methods in the construction of design information management platform,discusses the role of design information management system in support of enterprise strategic objectives,and its significance to enterprise development.The study shows that the construction of design information management system facilitates,to a certain extent,the resolving of conflicts in design information interface,such as inaccurate information exchange,delay in information transmission and inconsistent standards,etc..Meanwhile,designers' management awareness is further enhanced,and effectiveness of information communication and interaction is improved among design teams,whereby design efficiency can be significantly increased,and enterprises ' performances are positively promoted.
