The Interaction Design On The 'Zhiyu' Conversational User Interface Mobile Application Of Information Management

With the development of technologies of computer,Internet and mobile communication,informatization and mobile production and lifestyle have brought great convenience to people.But at the same time,they also have put forward the requirements for processing a lot of information in mobile scenarios,Mobile application software with information management function is bound to play an important role.When people use mobile electronic devices for activities,a large amount of information is generated and continuously generated and stored in the device and network storage.This information is an important resource for people.People are constantly pursuing the goal that how to manage it quickly and efficiently and use it effectively in mobile scenarios.The information management system includes the functions of information collection,storage,processing,transmission and provision.At present,the market provides a variety of products for different using scenarios to meet the needs of information management.These products provide different management functions for specific types of information,such as instant messaging applications for communication information management,team management applications for team cooperation information Management,management of note-taking applications and knowledge management applications for the combination of information of text and photos.However,different types of products have different conceptual models for the management of information,so that people manage information with different ways.At the same time,the imperfect information management functions will also lead to fragmentation and complexity.The information management mobile application designed in this thesis aims to reduce this situation.With the concept of conversational interaction,it strives to design a consistent and mobile-based interaction to manage multiple types of information in a unified manner,so that people can When an activity goal is achieved,more effective and convenient information management practices can be obtained.The research topic of the thesis first stems from the collaboration project between the author in the graduate stage studio and Hunan Weida Kaiwu Technology Co.,Ltd.: a tool of knowledge creation and sharing for design team.The project mainly takes the interactive way of the desktop webpage as the main research object.Based on this project,this thesis conducts research on small and medium-sized teams as user objects,conducts product development and research,and develops and designs a mobile application for "Hhiyu" information management.The parts of project include project establishment,market and user research,product demand analysis,interaction design,visual design and prototype testing and iteration.The thesis focuses on the needs of small and medium-sized teams in sending,receiving,storing,managing,and using information such as knowledge,data,and exchanges in mobile terminal scenarios;innovating the interaction of information management products and optimizing existing models,etc.It mainly conducts in-depth research and innovative design on the five aspects of information exchange and transmission,information input,information storage management,information editing and processing,and retrieval of existing information.In the initial stage of the project,there is a series of competitions and user research to determine the core needs of the product,and then do research on the interaction process and visual style positioning of product to complete the design.In the course of the project,the information product design method was used,and the design was evaluated and reflected.
