The Design And Implement Of State-owned Asset Supervise Management System

Nowadays,Information has become an irresistible trend,not only in the social development,the economic field has been greatly popularized,but also played an important role in industries and people’s life.The supervision and management of state-owned assets as an important part of China’s asset management,has the most strategic significance.In the report of the National information Development Strategy of 2006-2020,the government clearly pointed out that the information construction of state-owned Assets supervision and management is an important part of China’s information development.Comprehensively carries on the scientific and reasonable management to the state-owned assets,especially carries on the information-based analysis management to the state-owned assets use condition.This can greatly improve the management and operation level of state-owned assets,excavate the potential of state-owned assets and improve the financial level of state-owned assets,and it is of great significance to improve the overall economic benefit of the country.The informatization construction of state-owned assets is a complicated system engineering,which is based on the supervision and management system of State-owned assets,this paper analyzes the management situation of state-owned assets and some problems,probes into the related demand of the construction of state-owned Assets supervision and management system,puts forward the overall work idea and design goal of the informatization construction of state-owned assets,and analyzes the demand,design and realization of the property right registration subsystem.The main work of this paper is as follows::(1)This paper firstly introduces the relevant technologies involved in the implementation of State-owned Assets supervision and management system,including the SSM framework,PostgreSQL database,RSA Data encryption algorithm and the transparent encryption technology implemented in the Android client program.(2)To analyze the actual business scenes of state-owned Assets supervision and management,and explore the functional requirements of each subsystem,establish the indicators of system design and development,and analyze the demand of data encryption in state-owned assets.(3)Based on the requirement of state-owned Assets supervision and management system,the paper analyzes the design of the general system and the subsystems,especially the data encryption and the analysis of asset retirement.(4)Design and realization of asset scrap analysis module based on analytic hierarchy process and BP neural network.(5)According to the system design scheme proposed in this paper,we design an implement the Android client program and Website system of the registration subsystem of the property rights,its key modules include:Asset Management,Enterprise management,approval management,system management and data encryption system,and test the system.
