In recent decades,the third generation of the synchrotron radiation device has been developed.At present,the synchrotron radiation devices in the world generally adopt the two-dimensional X ray detector,which has the experiment with high efficiency and can broaden the test methods.So far,the two-dimensional X ray detectors in our country mainly depend on the import which are expensive and inconvenient debugging,while specific experimental requirements need to configure detectors,not only wasting resources but also having low efficiency.For this reason,the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese academy of sciences started the research on the two-dimensional detectors as early as ten years ago.and it showed that GEM,THGEM and Micromegas two-dimensional gas detectors had the advantages of simple structure,low cost,good space position and good resolution of charge gain and radiation,but the low saturation count rate impeded the application to the high intensity of synchrotron radiation.In consideration of the defects of GEM,THGEM and Micromegas two-dimensional gas detectors from the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese academy of sciences,present research used self-designed integrated circuit,high density and speed serial output array chip technology to put forward a series of implementation of the special high saturation count rate in micro gas detector readout system.The front end of the system used capacitive switches array in 40000 pads to realize the signal collection readout electronics,and every 400 pads used one channel to transfer signal.The system could greatly reduce the readout electronics channel and the complexity of the back-end electronics system design.The system adopted more plate integrated structure,which was composed of the front-end data processing board,data processing board and the PCIE data acquisition board.The front-end data processing board was used to collect and process the data and the data processing board was employed to package and collect the data,while the PCIE data acquisition board was used to transfer the data to the PC through the PCI Express.The readout electronics system in this study has high reliability,good stability,simple electronic system,adjustable number of channels,scalable and so on.System equipped with micro gas detectors can be widely used in synchrotron radiation X ray detectors,the spallation neutron source position sensitive detectors,medical and biological imaging as well as astrophysics experiment detectors etc.
