3D printing(3D Printing)is a rapid prototyping technology based on digital model.It has developed rapidly in different fields because of its advantages of rapid molding,simple operation and good precision.If 3D printing technology is used to build industrial housing and civil housing on the construction industry.It is not only intelligent and efficient,but also has a broad development prospect.With the change of the human living culture and the promotion of the concept of environmental protection,the form of 3D printing architecture is bound to become a trend in the future.3D printing architecture will also become a hot research direction in recent years.This thesis summarizes the development status of 3D printers and control systems at home and abroad and the key problems of 3D printing architecture technology,such as the working principle,components and printing process of building 3D printers.On this basis,the existing 3D printer and print control system are deeply studied and analyzed,and the existing forms of printing are found to be printed.The machine is not suitable for site printing,and the control system does not monitor the pump,cleaning and printer at the same time.Therefore,it has the disadvantages of low efficiency and inconsistent printing material status,which greatly restricts the development of 3D printing technology.In view of the existing shortcomings of the building 3D printer and control system,this thesis uses the mechanical arm type building 3D printer and the control system,including the main control system,the material control system and the cleaning control system.Three the distributed layout is adopted between the systems.The main control is controlled by the industrial Ethernet PROFINET bus,and the CPU is linked to the automatic operation of the distributed workstation.The main control system controls the movement of the manipulator and the cleaning of the material pump and the complete set of equipment,and realizes the communication and the control of the whole system through the STL programming language.This control system can monitor the pump,cleaning and manipulator simultaneously,and complete the matching of material state,pump speed and printing speed.It is efficient and fast and can be fully automated.It is suitable for site printing construction.Because of the printing equipment and control system have the advantages of convenient movement,on-the-spot printing,good precision and full automation,the research equipmentand control system in this thesis are applied to the project of Cholma town(military station).The project has already designed the structure of the single printing building,the control system cooperates with the printing equipment,and use the concrete material.The environmental protection material has completed the control of the entire printing equipment and the printing of the single building.The whole set of equipment and control system has been verified by project.It has operability and promotion value,so the research content in this thesis has theoretical significance and practical value.
