Acoustic target positioning technology has a relatively wide range of applications.Due to the presence of the transmitting wire,conventional acoustic target positioning technology can only cover a limited range,unable to meet a wide range of sound sources target detection requirements.Acoustic target positioning system based on wireless sensor networks is designed,integrating use of wireless communications,signal processing,acoustic-electric conversion,control and other technology,in order to achieve real-time acquisition,transmission and processing of acoustic target positioning information in a wide range.So that,to carry out the research of acoustic target positioning technology based on wireless sensor networks has a great important.In this thesis,the localization of sound source is studied.The main contents of the work are the following:According to the localization of sound source target,a new acoustic target positioning system based on wireless sensor network is proposed.Based on introducing of the working principle,we carry out the demand analysis of acoustic target positioning system.The sound signal acquisition and processing circuit is designed with sound sensor CH30 as the sound signal receiving and wireless network chip RF24L01 as the wireless transmission.The hardware and software modules of sound signal perception and signal transmission is realized.The localization algorithms of sound source target are studied.After describing the principle of acoustic target localization and location algorithm of time delay estimation,localization algorithms of short base-line three-element array and five-element array are discussed.Based on the five-element array localization algorithm,isosceles array and cross-array model are built.By carrying out the error analysis of localization algorithms,superiority of the proposed short baseline five-element array localization algorithm is verified,not only overcomes the limitation of the three-element array needs to be formed at right angles,but also avoids the problem that the four-element array is susceptible to the azimuth angle.Experiments of acoustic target positioning system based on wireless sensor networks are carried out under both indoor and field environments conditions,to test the system wireless networks transmission capacity and localization algorithm.Experimental results show that acoustic target positioning system based on WSN has wireless network transmission capacity and the positioning accuracy can be effectively improved,the next step is to carry out research in a wide range of space applications based on wireless sensor network source targeting technology foundation,the research has a good prospects.
