Design And Implementation Of Municipal Information Management System Of Development Zone

Along with the development of urbanization,municipal departments urgently need to optimize efficiency of daily work by using municipal information management system.The main work of municipal greening department of Jintan Economic Development Zone is related to administrative examination and approval,the municipal engineering maintenance,city management and administrative law enforcement,fund management and much other work,involving a wide range of projects and miscellaneous information to query and process.At present,most of daily work relies on computers,but in the actual use there still is some problem.The municipal information management system is conducive to realizing the informatization of municipal facilities management,with changing problems of complexity,redundancy and inconsistency and improving municipal management.Firstly,it is easy to implement information sharing bu using the system;secondly,the information management system is conducive to enhancing the city management level;finally,the municipal Information management system is conducive to service innovation.In this thesis,we first researched similar management systems at home and abroad and carried out extensive study at development process and characteristics.By comparison of domestic and foreign information management system,we summed up the advantages of the existing management information system at home and abroad and the insufficiency,then apply the beneficial experience of information management systems in this thesis.At the same time,this thesis briefly introduces technologies used in our thesis,such as the development model,the object oriented design idea,system modeling technology and database technology.On this basis,we investigate and analyze the work of various departments in the economic development zone.Furthermore,we analyze detail requirments of the municipal information management system,including comprehensive business management,administrative approval and management,municipal engineering management,operation and management of municipal public facilities,city management and administrative law enforcement service.At the same time,the use of case diagram and flow char are given with the requirement analysis.According to the functional requirements of the information management system,we design and explain the system software architecture and system function structure based on the development process and software design structure diagram.With following the basic principle of database design,we introduces the concept of design and the logic design of information management in detail.Furthermore,we described the design of each class in the system and the detailed realization of each function module with the class diagram.Simultaneously,combined with the flow chart and the entity diagram,a detailed description of each module is also shown.Finally,in order to verify the performance of the information management system,we design enough test data and perform comprehensive test on each function model with using the common methods of software testing and software.
