Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Approval Processes Management System

In today's society,the enterprise's IT construction becomes more and more important.In the construction of enterprise's IT,the development and management of enterprise approval processes is increasingly becoming the core of daily work for the enterprise,with the advance of electronic and network of enterprise approval processes,employees can easily achieve the run of business processes,corporate governance norms and work efficiency are constantly improving.With the increasing number of business,the problem of how to achieve rapid development of enterprise approval processes has become a major problem of enterprise information construction.The structure of this paper:Business process management system is to achieve simple and rapid development of enterprise business processes.According to the analysis of domestic and foreign markets on the same type products of business processes,we can understand the key technology and functions of the process system.The development platform of enterprise(EOS)and BPS have been studied.We can understand the software development technology that is based on B/S architecture including JavaScript,jQuery MiNiUI and Velocity technology;according to the analysis of domestic and foreign markets on the same type products of business process,we summe up the specific system requirements scene of the business process management systemt;in order to achieve specific system requirements,this paper is to design a business process management system from the macro aspects of system framework and the specific functions of the system;then we develop system management module,the approval processes development module,the approval processes operation module and the approval processes deployment test and on-line module by writing code,of course,we should design and implement the database form,then we also demonstrates the mian function of the system by the use of enterprise applications and rapid development platform(PrimetonEOS)and BPS process engine technology;then we designed a test program of business pricess management system,through a variety of testing methods to test the functionality of the system and analyze the test result;finally,from several aspects to make a expectation of the products.Business process management system has been used in a real large-scale enterprises and the enterprise staff's daily office work efficiency has been improved significantly.
