Time division long term evolution(TD-LTE,Time Division-Long Term Evolution)is a led 4G mobile communication technology international standard launched by our country,which can effectively improve the data rate and spectrum utilization rate,the peak downlink and uplink transmission rate can reach 50Mbps and 100Mbps respectively,and can significantly reduce the transmission delay.For TD-LTE,it's air interface is the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)and multiple input multiple output(MIMO,Multiple Inputs Multiple Outputs)technology,which can achieve a flat network architecture and full IP data load mode.Compared with the wireless communication network set voice as the main business,TD-LTE network make IP data flow as the main business and have a great differences in network planning,the main goal of the LTE network planning is to get the coverage and capacity of communication services on the performance of the system in the initial stage of network construction budget,and allows network operators to provide services to the construction of the minimum cost network for users as much as possible in the case of limited frequency resource.This paper firstly researched the characteristics of LTE network on network architecture,physical layer resouces and key physical layer technologies,and then researched the influence of network planning problems on interference,frequency planning and load balancing and other aspects,through the analysis of the coverage of the system parameter and the link transmission model to get the characteristics of the budget of LTE network's scope of coverage.Analysis the main factors that influence the cell capacity index,calculate the peak rate in the TD-LTE system.Then,set up the LTE network in the Riverbed network simulation platform,and the performance of the LTE network is studied from the aspects of the user service level QoS,the user response delay,the rate,the utilization ratio of the shared channel and the HARQ retransmission times.This paper research LTE network planning from the following three aspects.In terms of network coverage,the number of base stations within a certain area is particularly important.If the number of base stations is less,it can't cover all users and provide services,if the number of deployed base stations is more,it increases the cost of network construction.In this paper,the HARQ retransmission times under LTE network coverage and the downstream response delay are taken as the target,then analysis the terminal with poor service performance in network simulation platform,because of the interference between adjacent cells,the optimal planning of base stations is adjusted by adjusting the position and number of base stations.The general planning method of cell coverage is given in the simulation platform..In the respect of cell capacity,the number of users with in a base station in its coverage can access is an important parameter,if the number of users accessing is small,the system resources are not fully utilized,resulting in a waste of resources.If the number of users in the access area is too large,it will produce a large HARQ retransmission and lower MCS coding efficiency under the limited system resources,which will seriously affect the user experience.In this paper,the user satisfaction score and the utilization ratio of the shared channel are setting as the goal,by gived the number of users who can access the base station under a certain system condition,to achieve the maximum utilization of resources and business performance.In the TD-LTE module based on the networking intelligent device for energy research,for the intelligent equipment of the passive device,the standby time after charging largely determines its application scenario.If the intelligent equipment has been in a state of network monitoring,although it can make timely response to network requests,but its energy consumption is too fast,it is very important for the intelligent equipment to respond to the request of the network in the case of saving energy.In this paper,the intelligent equipment response to the network asking in time is set as the goal,the intelligent equipment is periodically into the sleep state,and given the best conversion cycle,so that it's can achieve the target of best standby time.
