Analysis And Design Of Mobile E-government System For Weiyang District,Xi'an Government

It is of great significance to establish mobile e-government system for Xi 'an municipal party committee and government.It response to the call of the state to establish mobile e-government system for local governments.It improves the efficiency of government affair.It services the government at the grass-roots level,enterprises and people better.This paper researches the demand analysis,design and implementation for Xi'an Weiyang mobile e-government system.Via mobile device this system can implement Today's Weiyang,department of dynamic,Weiyang on media,announcements,information browsing,document flow and dealt with,meeting notice sending and receiving.This system adopts ExMobi mobile application solutions.It uses the C/S architecture.It using middleware ExMobi cross-platform mobile application development and Java development tools to implement the business logic of the e-government system,as well as the information exchange between server and the mobile client.This paper researches on the architecture design,database structure design,module partition,module design and implement of primary module.Xi'an Weiyang mobile e-government system has been put into use.It plays a better role and good results have been achieved.
