Design And Implement Technology Of Mobile E-government Security System Model

With the rapid development of wireless network technology, mobile E-government is becoming more and more popular. Mobile E-government, which originates from ordinary E-government, overcomes the limitation of regional relativity which ordinary E-government has. Because of its high convenience, high efficiency, low cost and regional independence, mobile E-government has increasingly become very hot in the research and development of E-government.This thesis targets at mobile E-government security system model. Firstly, on the basis of four layers model of J2EE platform, a mobile E-government security system model based on mobile phone is proposed. Then a brief introduction and analysis of some key technologies, including MVC design pattern, Web Service and Enterprise Application Integration is given. A new layer is designed and added in the model to realize the communication between mobile phone and ordinary E-government through pre-defined protocol SMS. F series algorithms in 3G are used to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the pre-defined protocol SMS (short message service). Because of combining with MVC design pattern and Web Service, the model proposed is of good portability, maintainability, suitability and extensibility.Finally, some key technologies, such as protocol SMS and compress coding, are specified through a meeting notification system which is accomplished based on the model proposed. There are two types of meeting in the meeting notification system accomplished: authorization meeting and negotiation meeting. Organizer can send meeting notification request to the Server by PSTN terminal or mobile phone. Once the Server receive the request, it determine to send the notification to PSTN terminal or mobile phone of attendee by checking whether attendee is in the office or not. When the notification arrives at the mobile phone of attendee, the procedure in STK card of mobile phone determine whether to set compelling reply or not according to the grade of attendee.
