The Design And Implementation Of Statistical Survey Equipment Management System

Statistical investigation is a basic work for some statistical works,which provides important technical support for the smooth progress of many enterprises and institutions.And statistical survey equipment management of enterprises and institutions in the statistical profession is an indispensable management process,and it's more complex.With the development of computer technology and Internet,the application of electronic and information survey equipment management system has become an important part of many business management system,but also become the key method of a lot of enterprises to control costs.Application of advanced software technology,the development of statistical survey equipment management system,is an effective way to improve the management level and management efficiency of enterprises.Equipment management of statistical investigation of some features and present situations are introduced in this paper,through the survey equipment manual management process and management model for the analysis,discusses the related issues involved in the management process.According to statistics of equipment management system of business process,a statistical survey equipment management system based on JAVA language programming and MVC framework is developed.Based on the supplier basic information,statistical survey equipment basic information,investigators basic data,statistical survey equipment procurement process and statistical survey equipment management process to achieve highly integrated information management.Through the statistics and analysis of information technology to assist investigators and survey equipment supervision over the use of the business,more convenient and quick for accurate records of all kinds of information survey equipment management process,provide decision-making basis for the investigation of some business for the relevant departments to survey.The overall framework of the system is based on B / S(Browser / server)mode,background database using My SQL database,using JSP technology to design system of the front pages,using SSH framework to achieve the overall architecture of the system,such a technical scheme greatly reduces the degree of coupling between each layer of the system,and then to increase the favorable conditions for later system maintenance and expansion.This paper has carried on the detailed design of each management module,designed the flow chart of the overall function module chart and each function module of the system,at the end of thepaper,the functional testing and security testing are carried out,and the expected results are compared with the results after the test.Feedback from investigators using the system showed that,the system can accurately complete the preliminary design of the function,can ensure the management personnel to complete the daily management of the equipment,and to help investigators and enterprises to complete the task of statistical survey.Compared to the traditional manual management mode,the management mode has been improved greatly,and the management cost has been reduced.What's more,that saved the manpower and material resources,and for the enterprise to improve the work efficiency.So this has brought great benefits,it's has a very important significance.
