Since personal income tax is an important source of government and public finances,tax collection through management information system can not only provides better serve for people's lives,but also be possible to drive the informational process throughout the country.At present,China's personal income tax collection still largely dependents on traditional human labor and lack of standardized processes and improved management information system.Without a unified information management platform,it is difficult to effectively manage the increasing tax payment services and data.In this background,this thesis studies the design and implementation of personal income tax management information system.Our goal is to create a unified information platform for the taxpayer and the tax authorities to achieve standardization and information service personal income tax,so that it can provide better services for taxpayers,help the tax department to improve efficiency,creates standardized tax business processes and supports tax statistics and analysis for the country.On the basis of introduction of the concept and basic theory about hospital information system,we explain the system construction-related technologies,including C/S structure and B/S structure concept,MVC development framework and J2EE development platform.According the requirement analysis of personal income tax business,we model the system business based on through use case diagram and data flow diagram.First,given the major business overview,we define the system boundary and the system module division with description of each business module functions.Then we build use case models for system business,give data flow diagram to model the process of tax collection business.In the design and implementation phase,given the system application architecture,the system is divided into tax midrange and enterprise side.For enterprises and revenues,we build the system based on C/S and B/S structure respectively.The structure design will be based on the internal system refinement,the system divided into several modules according to the function,and describes the relationship between the module and interface.According to the demand analysis of the personal income tax service requirements,the division of the module include:database access module,system management module,registration module,diagnosis module,charging module and query statistics module.The system class diagram and sequence diagrams are used to introduce the base classes and their relationship.This project is developed on J2EE development platform,using MVC development framework.Swing and JSP technologies are used respectively for enterprise end and revenue end.In system testing part,based on black box testing method,we design the tests from both function and performance.The goal of function test is to verify system functionality.In performance test processing,we use the simulation software for pressure test.The content of performance test includes the response time,fault frequency,memory usage,CPU occupancy rate and other indicators of the system.Test results show that the personal income tax management information system to adapt to business can meet the requirement of tax collection,significantly improve the efficiency and quality of service tax department.It's is also used for reference for the development of e-government.
