With thegrowth of enterprises, the internal operation process is improving, so to establish a scientificbusiness management platform is urgent for them. This platform should help users solvepractical problems in the unregulated operating procedures, poor traceability, not real-timemonitoring and the like. However, atpresent, business management system for tax agents is very few in the country.Researched on workflow body of knowledge and workflow reference model, this thesispresents a solution to build an individual income tax business management system based onworkflow. Workflow technology is one of the hot research topics in information field. Whenworkflow technology integrated into management thinking model, the system will has themultidimensional management capabilities to help users achieve management goal by"users, tasks, information, processes, conditions and log". The goal of using workflowtechnology is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and realize the maximization ofeconomic.The thesis analyzed the requirement of individual income tax business managementsystem on function, technology, performance and safety. The thesis focused on establishing the models of workflow, user role permission and business form. The process model,designed by state machine, promotes the business process standardization, visualization,and comply with the requirements of auditing and monitoring; the access control strategywas based on "structure, role and activity instance". Moreover, the permission of business isseparated from the system access control. This reflects the principles of businessmanagement needs of the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties. In workform, users can interact with the system via the enhanced operation panel. To use thebusiness data and workflow relevant data, providing performance cost and monitoringreports is of great strategic significance. The thesis also described the implementation andtesting of Individual Income Tax Business Management System. Practice shows that thesystem can solve the issues in the business management of individual income tax, whichcan meet both business and management requirements.
