Magnetic levitation makes the life of the equipment greatly extend,due to the non-contact between the objects.For eliminating the need for complex lubrication system and improving the operating conditions of the equipment,it has broad application prospects in terms of transportation,machinery,metallurgy,materials and so on.Therefore,this paper conducts study for the maglev system.First,this paper introduces prospects for development and research of the hybrid suspension system.Second,the hybrid suspension system is studied through the electro-magnetic theory.Third,we describe the hardware structure of the hybrid suspension system.Fourth,the characteristics of hybrid suspension system are studied,and the control programs and software design are given.Finally,according to the design of hardware and software,we set up an experimental platform in the laboratory to verify the feasibility of the control methods.The experimental results show that the hybrid suspension system established in this paper is effective,the control system can achieve the rapid stability of the one-dimensional motion of the object under large air-gap. |
