With the steady rise of the domestic economy,people in the use of cars in the life of the increasingly high frequency of travel.People in the pursuit of comfort and handling performance,the electromagnetic suspension has gradually become part of the vehicle can not be missing,this study was designed using a ARM7 microprocessor and real-time operating system c/os-II combined to control the vehicle electromagnetic suspension controller.The control unit will be ups and downs of the collected data and the road ahead of the vehicle acceleration into the ECU,then ECU uses LQR controller gives the output control signal based on genetic algorithm,the electromagnetic actuator control reaction to achieve control of the vehicle attitude.The design of the overall design of the electromagnetic suspension controller system components,the system structure of the hardware and control system software specific planning.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and meaning of the selected topic,and then compares the structure and performance of the three types of suspension,the principle and control strategy of electromagnetic suspension.After the introduction of the design of the hardware of the system,the Phillip company developed the LPC2292 as the control module of the design(ECU),the control chip on the design of the hardware circuit,including the module circuit of sensor data processing,electromagnetic actuator,liquid crystal display,external input and minimum system.Then,for the software of the control module,the ARM operating system c/os-II is transplanted to the control module LPC2292.All the tasks of the system are divided into one module and then the priority sequence is determined.The establishment of mutual communication division,priority of each task and each task,and prepare for each task,including system task,data acquisition task,the attitude of the comprehensive adjustment task,display task,keyboard scanning task etc.Finally,the road surface is simulated,and two different road types are obtained.The 1/4 vehicle vibration model of the main and passive suspension system is established,the flow of the control algorithm is determined,and the model of LQR controller based on genetic algorithm is designed.The simulation of the system model in MATLAB.
