Magnetic levitation is a technology which has many merits such as no mechanical friction, no noise and low power loss. In recent years, magnetic levitation has been broadly used in high speed control, high precision control and super clean processing. However, it is difficult to build its mathematical model because of its inherent nonlinearity, instability, as well as the problem of uncertainties caused by disturbance of the traditional magnetic levitation control system. These factors make the control using the traditional control methods more difficult.On the basis of research of the early projects, this article will research and design the electrical control unit of electromagnetic - magnetic suspension system for fixed-point suspension and three-dimensional movement. Firstly, this article introduces the background, results and theoretical support of the electromagnetic-magnet mixed suspension system. Secondly, after reviewing some relevant knowledge, the electrical control hardware and the design methods are analyzed in this article. Thirdly, the article makes a deep research on the control algorithm for electromagnetic-magnetic mixed suspension system, and gives the system simulation analysis.Finally, the experimental results are given, and the article summarizes the success and shortage of the whole system. What's more, it makes a solid foundation for the next project.
