Conventional air cooled can not satisfy heat dissipation requirements of high-power chip because of worse and worse heat dissipation problems of rugged computer.Liquid cooled is a relative optimal path to solve heat dissipation of computer due to its high cooling efficiency of liquid compared to air cooled.Solid particle contamination problems become one of the most important influencing factors of reliability despite liquid cooled technique is important to improve the reliability of computer.Control of solid particle contamination level(SPCL)becomes one of the most urgent and important techniques owing to there is little research in China.Full methods about control of SPCL for liquid cooled computer and its system were put forward in this paper which meet engineering demands.The main content of the second chapter is the theoretics basis about control of SPCL for liquid cooled computer.Abrasion mechanism of liquid cooled computer was put forward based on this theory.Different stage of all life cycle for liquid cooled computer as well as classification standard of SPCL was introduced secondly.Finally,related concept and index parameters of the filter used for control of SPCL was introduced.The main content of the third chapter is the control of SPCL for liquid cooled computer.Total requests of the control of SPCL for liquid cooled computer in different stage were introduced firstly and then the specific measures in different stage were put forward.In design stage,scheme of SPCL control,accessory selection,structural design and technology process were introduced in detail.In manufacture stage,specific measures of SPCL control were introduced from reducing contamination to swash.In use and maintenance stage,specific measures of SPCL control were introduced from the aspects of maintenance of the coolants and the filters,repair,observation and disposition of the equipments.The main content of the fourth chapter is operating laws of SPCL for liquid cooled computer.Firstly,three stages including premature period,stable period and declining period during the operating process of SPCL for liquid cooled computer were analyzed as well as its operating laws were introduced.Test contents of SPCLcontrol were introduced secondly in detail.The basic concept,working principle,characteristic and basic parameter of automatic particle counter used for solid particle contamination test were emphasized.And also,test methods and specific steps of SPCL for liquid cooled computer were introduced in detail.Finally,control requests of the three stages were presented.The main content of the last chapter is summarization and prospection.The achievements,innovations and disadvantages were summarized as well as the prospection of future work was planned.Achievements of this paper have been widely used to solve the problems of SPCL control for liquid cooled computer which has acquired great social and economic benefits.
