Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation System Based On J2EE

With the development of Chinese market economy,there are more and more new companies in the market.Information and Technology era is coming,as a result,office automation is an inevitable trend in the enterprise development.On one hand,it is a way to improve the efficiency of a company,and on the other hand,it can reduce the cost of an enterprise,to achieve the goal of working without paper.At the same time,it is also a method to improve the management of the company.Office automation can make a company outstanding in the market.In the wave of reforming state-owned-enterprise,many central-government-owed-enterprises are reforming their own company.China Communication Construction Company,also known as CCCC,is one of them,it is also a typical example.CCCC Investment Corporation is established in the year of 2014,the model of their investment is Build-Operate-Transfer(BOT).It is a relative new company,they don't build office automation system,and therefore,the efficiency of their work will be reduced.This thesis starts from the perspective of software engineering,articulating the office automation development of Harbin Investment Corporation of CCCC.The language of this system is Java and it is based on J2 EE developing system.The database of this office automation system is SQL Server and the designing structure is Model-View-Controller.The use case diagrams are drew with functional requirement analysis,also the performance requirement analysis was done.There are seven basic modules in the system of o ffice automation of Harbin Investment Corporation of CCCC.They are log in module,personal issue module,communication module,sending and receiving document module,meeting management module,document management module and employee information module.This thesis uses UML method to build the model,realizing the basic function of office automation of CCCC.The discussion also includes hardware deployment,system continuous development and safety requirement.After finishing requirement analysis and system design,system testing was implemented,the result is pass.At the end of this thesis,conclusion was made,the issue and development direction were pointed out.The goal of this office automation system is improving the management of document and personnel of the company.Every module has the basic function which includes browsing,uploading,downloading,sending,deleting.With this office automation system,Harbin Investment Corporation of CCCC will achieve the goal of developing information and technology of their company,improve their working efficiency.And it is also a milestone of the development of their company.
