In recent years,the number of automobiles in China has increased year by year,and the number of auto dealers and auto parts manufacturers is also increasing.When a car's parts fail,consumers first need to get a claim from the dealer of the car.After that,the dealer of the vehicle will claim compensation from the manufacturer of the vehicle accessories.At present,China's auto parts production enterprises are more,and the market competition is larger.In such an environment,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become a very important issue.After sale claim of vehicle parts is an important component of enterprise after sales management,a good claim management mechanism can improve customer satisfaction.At present,the informatization level of auto parts manufacturers in our country is lower.A great deal of claim management is still managed by manual record.This management method is not only inefficient,but also error prone.This paper takes Jinzhou Han Hua Denso Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and establishes a set of after-sale claims management system.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)This paper studies the current working methods of corporate claims,and understands the main problems in the workflow.This article also referred to many domestic and foreign claims management system,compared the differences between domestic and foreign systems,and analyzed the gap between China's enterprises in the field of claims management and abroad.(2)This paper analyzes the company's claim management system,sorts out the workflow of the system,distinguish the system user and its authority division.(3)The system architecture,function and database are designed in this paper.The system adopts a multilayer B/S structure,which allows all system users to access at different locations,and has good convenience and security.The system can realize the management of the product and claim data,and can complete the statistical analysis of claim data and the automatic generation of claim report.In particular,the system's statistical analysis function is more comprehensive,and can provide data support for the improvement of product quality.The database design of the system follows the third paradigm,which ensures less security and less data redundancy.(4)This paper has realized each function of the system,and explained the inside realization process and the realization flow of each main function in detail.When introducing the implementation of the system,the automatic generation of PDF report is introduced in detail.(5)The method of black box testing is used to test the correctness of the system.This paper designs the input and output of test cases,which reduces the risk of users.
