Informatization is the important trend of world science and technology, economic and social development. In recent years, car insurance claims in our country already has drawn great attention of society and government. Speeding up the car insurance claims information construction and improving the level of information technology application are the strategic measures to promote the development of social economy and implement the scientific concept of development. Moreover, they are also the inevitable choices to enhance comprehensive strength and international competitiveness. Car insurance claims industry dedicated to solving many insurance companies daily management work, but there is still not a mature domestic business systems which can be used as a template. Therefore, a safe, reliable, maintainable, and scalable car insurance claims workflow system has to be developed.Through summarizing the present situation of car insurance claims industry development and modern network information technology background, and analyzing the present problems of the car insurance claims such an expensive cost, huge security risks, complex operation and poor scalability and so on, the car insurance claims workflow system has been designed and implemented based on B/S architecture and conformed to the national standard. Secondly, by analyzing the research present situation of car insurance claims business requirements, the overall architecture of the whole system design has been carried on. And the whole business process has been clearly described through hierarchical model of system with the general software engineering modeling language UML. Then, the system is analyzed in detail, respectively from the user login, the overall business process, car insurance claims process and so on. Finally, in order to guarantee the stability of the system, the realization of each system module has been fully tested.Using the J2EE technology, the car insurance claims workflow system has been designed and implemented based on Oracle database. In order to guarantee the security and stability of the system, and meet the demand of modern car insurance claims business, the specification of software testing method is used for comprehensive system test. The practical use shows that the system improves the work efficiency effectively, and the standardization of the business operations has ensured the data security and the stability of the operation. The system provides managements with a strong platform for the decision analysis, and implements the basic requirements of template system. |
