After the reform and opening up, with rapid economic development of China and the continuous improvement of people’s income, automobile insurance business has been developing rapidly. At the same time, problems of claims are increasing, such as claims difficult, increasing fraud, modus operandi tends to be subtle. In order to improve the claim aging, and identify high risk cases, and realize differente claims process according to the different risk case, we designed the anti-leaking system of automobile insurance claims in this paper.Firstly, based on the experience and information of historical claims, we get the major factors of case risk using the methods of data mining. And on this basis we build anti fraud score and calculate model. Scecond, we design the distribution rule according to the risk score of case classification, and the different claims process according to the distribution rule come ture.The anti-leaking system of automobile claims based on case distribution not only can identify the risk degree of the case, also speed up the claims process of low risk cases, which greatly improve the efficiency. Through to strengthen the investigation of high risk cases and treatment of fraud cases, the criminals are awed, and the quality of claims improved greatly. The system not only helps to improve the service level of insurance company, also helps to continuous improvement of the whole insurance industry environment.
