| Nowadays,electric power has spread every corner of our life from aircraft,ships as the maximum to charger,headset as the minimum,which cannot work without the support of electric power.The electric power material is the fundamental infrastructure which can ensure the normal service of electric power and a stable supply.Efficient electric power materials management and dispatch is conducive to better meet the needs of users for electric power service,and can improve supply service quality of electric power supply.However,the traditional materials management system has the disadvantages such as requiring a large number of personnel involved,and the old management modes,the inefficiency,frequent data loss problems for material storage and delivery,universal low speed of material information searching,lack of accuracy.In addition,with the development of society,there are more and more different kinds of electric power materials.As the supply of materials developing,the various electric power instrument and up-to-dated electric power materials supply methods has brought many difficulties to the modern electric materials management.With the advent of the Internet era,all kinds of information management systems have emerged,the management systems with advantages of high efficiency,good safety,quick searching,and strong adaptability which can provide a lot of convenience for users in data management.Therefore,how to achieve efficient management of the electric power materials based on the modernized information management technology is the main problem faced by the electric power department.Based on the above analysis,this paper has designed and implemented the modern electric power materials management system.The system is aimed for new supply method of electric power materials,for the comprehensive management of electric power materials facilities.It implemented 3 main functional modules of system management,such as system management,warehouse management,and report management.Accordingly,11 sub functions were implemented,including user management,parameter setting,data processing,status information management,classification system,basic data management,document processing,business processing,data query,document formatting,statements.Specifically,the system management function can realize the classification of user departments,permissions,scheduling and so on,and can set the material storage and checkout time and the related parameters,can manage data related to materials system,backup,recovery,upgrade management operation,can record the user login information and operation log and other relevant information.The warehouse management function can be realized on the types of materials management,user departments,classification of types of materials warehouse,storage warehouse,the type of electric power materials,supply information,materials with information management,the storage,warehousing,return,management of material returning materials such as document information storage.It can realize some related businesses for staff such as handling outbound,store,return,return material,and inquiry of history information for materials management,which is conductive to grasp the macro needs of materials,better prepare for material dispatching.Report management function can realize the new document format set to adapt to the needs of different types of electric power supplies and services,can realize report data online system to improve the efficiency of business management,and ensure the safety of data.Through the functions and performance tests of system management,warehouse management,report management,it shows that the function of modern power material management system this paper designed and implemented operate stably,response to storage and warehousing request is on time,material information retrieval is fast,can provide good management services for the power supplies. |
