In an era ofinformation economy, the development of information technology is influencing the traditional way of enterprise management profoundly, and the information construction has promoted the development of enterprises. With the growth of the national economy, the power industry has significant improvements in recent years, which means that the qualityof power supply of both residents' lives and enterprises' productions is even more demanding.In order to meet the need of the times, it is imperative to achieve the informatization management of power enterprises.According to the requirements of information construction of an electric power company in Shanxi Province, this paper designed and completed a prototype system of power storage management. The function and characteristic of the whole system can be summarized as follows.Guided by the ERP management thought, this system, whose design and application is based on the Java EE specification--- a framework of three-layer architecture MVC, adopted a wide application of Framework technology. This plan not only ensures the quality of the software, but also enhances the reuse of the code as well as the scalability of the system. The technologies of Java and JSP are the main adoptions in system development.On account of the Oracle database, the Tomcat application server, the Browser/Server structure adopted by the system as a whole, the clientonly needs to install the basic browser.Therefore, it is pretty simple and convenient to use the system, reducing both the cycle and costs of its maintenance.Based on the method of object-oriented design, the function module of the overall system includes the management module of system, material, picking audit, check in andout warehouse. This system can realize the cargo register, goods assessment, delivery and storage, as well as warehouse management conveniently and quickly in perfect order, creating good conditions of the sound development of the enterprise.After the example-based testing of black box, each module in this system is in smooth running, satisfying users' application requirements. Besides, the system of this paper is under a clear framework with good expandability, which can meet the needs of function extension in the future.
