Since 2016,the domestic SaaS service market has been developing rapidly.Especially BAT,the top three Internet giants in the domestic market also promote this market layout.With the development of information technology,there are more and more channels for obtaining customer data.Service providers need to integrate data with the help of social means to and make clear user portrait descriptions,so as to provide more accurate and detailed services.Through the telephone access to the target customers,the enterprise information can be transmitted to the customers to the greatest degree,and the customers can be targeted for marketing,thereby improving the conversion of profitability from customers.Based on this background and the market demand,this thesis designs and implements Tencent's telephone channel system 'Qidian' that provides enterprise telephone access to customers.CRM is a way to acquire and increase profitable customers.In mature markets such as the United States,the overall channel capacity of CRM is established on e-mail.However,in China,e-mail has not become a major social tool,and the integration of QQ,WeChat and telephone channels has greatly improved the accessibility of enterprises to customers.The iOS side uses the MVC framework,manipulates the data through the FMDB,uses the protocol buffer to interact data with the server side and implements cross-platform development through the Dream framework.In this system,I mainly responsible for the relevant modules on the iOS side,the interface for interaction with the service side and the writing and integration of the iOS side with the Dream framework.This thesis firstly elaborates the background of developing Tencent's telephone channels Qidian and the main work done in the paper.Secondly,this thesis makes a brief introduction and analysis of the main technologies used in the development process.Afterwards,according to the actual market demand,this thesis studies the requirement analysis of the system,mainly focused on the functional requirements of the telephone channel.And then this thesis implements the overall design and detailed design of the system according to the results of the requirement analysis.The overall design introduces the main modules and architecture of the telephone channel,and the detailed design introduces the solution of the specific module.After that,the implementation process of the telephone channel is introduced,and the specific details in this process are explained according to the content of the detailed design.Also,this thesis introduces the basic functions and architecture of the Dream framework in the cross-platform development,and analyses the implementation of Dream in combination with the introduction of Dream in Qidian through the performance comparison.Finally,according to the completion of the system,the results of this stage are summarized and prospected.
