The Study On Key Technologies Of The Telephone And Radio Intergrated Platform Based On H.323

In the command center,there are many kinds of communication means,including satellite communication,IP phone,ordinary phone and various wireless radio.But usually these communication means are used independently.That can't meet the need of multiple pattern command,and reduce the efficiency of commanding.This paper designs a platform which could assemble a lot of communication resource and integrate these communication means.This paper adopts the technology of VoIP and use H.323 protocol for that problem,puts forward a project of a telephone and radio platform to improve the efficiency of commanding.Firstly,this paper analyses the frame of VoIP and design the telephone and radio integrated platform based on H.323 and analyses the key technologies.Then this paper designs the elementary communicating units including TRT,TRMCU,TRGK by VC and achieves the control functions including extending functions of TRT,control of TRMCU,authority management of TRGK.Finally,this paper improves the method of mixing audio in TRMCU and evaluates it.
