Research On Key Techniques In Development Of Intelligent Telephone Exchange

Intelligent Telephone Exchange (ITE) is a intelligent communication platform, which is based on the techniques of computer telecommunication integration, interactive voice response and large databases. It can be used to substitute the traditional PBX and operators. High performance PBX is not suitable for the developing enterprises, for it is expensive and has some problems: hard to increase the capacity, high running cost and fixed working place. ITE does not need any facility, only need to pay some service fee every month, but can implement easy to manage, supporting distributed or mobile business and has multiple value-added telecommunication service.The dissertation discussed deeply the design and implementation of ITE. The main work of it is as follows:1) The development status of ITE and the techniques related to the building and managing of the intelligent telecommunication platform are summarized such as CTI, IVR, SQL Server, ASP.NET and so on.2) The function requirements of ITE are analyzed. The overall design scheme of ITE is proposed. And the equipments are also selected.3) The design and implementation of IVR business flow module and Web management module etc. are deeply discussed.
