Study On "Two-class" Construction Of University Library Wechat Platform Suppor Subject Service

In 2015,the State Council released the overall plan for building a "first-rate university and first-rate discipline".First-rate disciplines have become the basis for the construction of first-class universities,and many universities have successively issued a series of first-rate disciplines.University libraries are academic institutions that provide document information services.Academic services have gradually become an inevitable trend in the development of university libraries.It is based on the library's rich literature resources and Internet electronic resources.It focuses on user needs and realizes the subject content.Organized and related presentations provide a comprehensive range of academic services for teachers and students.With the development of the new media era,the WeChat platform,as an information transmission medium,has the advantages of good compatibility,stability,flexibility,and interactivity,and it is welcomed by a large number of users.In order to strengthen the academic service quality of university libraries,extend the service scope,and enrich the service content,creatively combining the WeChat public platform and library discipline services organically becomes the development goal pursued by domestic university libraries.This is not only in line with the "two-class" concept of building a university,but also providing new innovative points for academic services in university libraries.This article selects 42 domestic "double-class" universities and college libraries as research objects,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the library in the development of the auxiliary services of the WeChat platform,and selects the services of the 3 WeChat platform disciplines.The successful university library as a typical case conducts a detailed analysis,and specifically proposes how to use the WeChat platform to assist academic services and suggestions.The main research ideas of this article revolve around the "theoretical basis + practice research + analysis and summary",from the following six aspects of the "two-class" building university library WeChat platform auxiliary subject service strategy recommendations:The first part:The introduction mainly includes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of major concepts(the concept of "two-class" universities and the concept of subject services),research methods and ideas,research and innovation.The connotation and characteristics of academic services in university libraries are systematically elaborated,which lays a solid foundation for subsequent online surveys and questionnaire surveys;The second part:Through online survey and questionnaire survey,we systematically study the status quo of auxiliary subject services of the 42 "two-class"universities in China to construct the Wechat platform of the Wechat platform,and analyze the results.Mainly from the subject information navigation,collections retrieval services,the latest information publishing services,reference services,personalized information customization services,these five aspects of summary analysis;Part third:A detailed analysis of typical cases,based on the previous survey and analysis of the status of domestic 42 "two-class" university library WeChat auxiliary subject services,selected 3(Nankai University Library,Beijing Normal University Library,Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library)University library which is worthy of reference in carrying out micro-channel platform auxiliary subject services as a typical case;Part IV:Problem exploration and analysis of causes,combined with the investigation and analysis of 42 subjective domestic "two-class" college library WeChat platform auxiliary subject services and typical cases analysis of 3 schools,exploring the "double-class" construction of China University WeChat platform to assist Analysis of problems and causes of academic services;Part IV:Strategies to solve the problem,based on the previous analysis of 42"two-class" university library WeChat platform auxiliary subject services in China,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Part VI:Summarizing and prospecting,combining the theoretical research and investigation and analysis of the previous six chapters,summarizing the research on the 42 "two-class" university library WeChat platform auxiliary subject services for domestic universities,and for the future of China's university libraries in WeChat.The development of platform-assisted subject services provides reference suggestions.
