With the development of all fields,the control of the parameters become more and more significant and all of them should get the accurate parameters.Temperature also belong the one of the precise parameters.Temperature,we get from temperature measurement system,should be accurate and real-time.So the radiation temperature measurement system should be designed with a higher performance index.While the current temperature measurement system can accurately measure the temperature of high-speed objects,but in the details of the system,such as low temperature noise suppression,the system's test speed and filter performance should be improved.So in this paper,the circuit structure of the current temperature measurement system is optimized and the circuit parameters are recalculated.Firstly,this paper theoretically analyzes the transimpedance amplifier part of the photodiode and obtains the relation between the system output and the external circuit parameters of the amplifier.It provides enough theoretical basis for the design of the amplifier.The output characteristics of the system are obtained by simulating the theoretical calculation parameters.Secondly,the temperature control system of the temperature measurement system was upgraded.The ADN8830 chip and TEC were combined to replace the traditional heating method.The results of the system parameters are obtained by PID simulation.The simulation results are used as reference.By debugging,the stable cooling of the constant temperature system is realized.Finally,the Butterworth filter in the signal conditioning part is calculated and simulated and the optimal configuration of the filter is obtained.The bandwidth of the original filter is improved.After the calculation,design,simulation and debugging,infrared temperature measurement system than the performance of the existing system to further improve the system.In the low temperature 500 ? when the test error is less than 1% and bandwidth increased to 300 kHz.So the new system can be more clearly and accurate description of the measured object temperature distribution.
