In recent years,the application of the satellite positioning technology has been widely,almost covers all fields of national economy.According to statellite positioning products industry is the word's one of the most fast developing three information industry.Buoy positioning communication technology can realize the buoy nodes and shore-based monitoring center of information interaction.Through buoy positioning monitoring center of shore-based communication devices and integrated management system,the monitoring center can be convenient,timely understanding of the buoy nodes working condition,achieving real-time monitoring of buoy.Buoy positioning communication technology can realize underwater buoy and radio network function,increase the network coverage,realize the seamless connection of underwater acoustic signal and wireless signal,we will further improve the network communication ability,extending functionality of the buoy.Positioning communication devices provide buoy nodes of precise positioning and GPS timing and synchronization function,not only beneficial to recycling of buoy,but also precise time synchronization can realize buoy accurate positioning of underwater motion vector.This paper introduces the hardware,software design and the realization of the whole system function from the system composition and working principle of buoy positioning communication device.System hardware includes buoy hardware and shore-based monitoring center hardware.Given the functional similarity of the hardware,the system hardware adopts a modular design approach,this can effectively and reasonably utilize hardware resources to avoid the same level of development.All parts of the system hardware module to realize the function points,and then according to the monitoring center of shore-based and the part of the buoy demand match with different loading board,make each module pluggable use,convenient and flexible.Software design includes the software design of two parts of the buoy software design of two parts of the buoy software and the shore-based monitoring center.The control system software is mainly programmed by the core controller MSP430F5438.This mainly includes the drivers for each wireless module(GPS,GSM and MM2),the underlying drivers of the control platform and the control of the whole system process,this part of the work is one of the core parts of the buoy positioning communication device.Finally,all modules and system functions are tested,implement the controller driver GPS module to realize the location and timing function;the controller drives the GSM module to implement and send short messages;the controller driver MM2 module realizes the wireless communication function;the controller can properly control the work state of the GPS module,GSM module and MM2 module;the PC can send and receive SMS messages remotely via a serial port drive GSM module;the PC can achieve near-range wireless communication by a serial port drive MM2 module;the machine monitor interface of the shore-based monitoring center can be monitored remotely by the GSM module or MM2 module.
