It's well known that handle with the emergencies on public safety is one of the signifitureon city smart field,which directly related life and property safety of people and social stability.Emergency management and rescue power improvement would prevent accident disaster,which is extremely important and urgent on the project of city smart.In recent years,the development trend of public safety shows that severe security environment of our country,and the emergence management will face the incident diversity,wide range of influence and more complex disposal as well.In this context,strengthening security monitoring,early warning and prevention,and emergency rapid disposal become very urgent.Innovating information technology methods and emergence capability improving are the important approaches of emergence response system building.Currently,emergence response information construction of various regions are still on the launch pad.The supervision and emergence command which based on GIS spatial analysis will lead emergence deals work more scientific and smart.Based on the development of Supervision and Emergency Command Auxiliary System,the aim of this essay is indicated the research background of this Auxiliary System,the research significance in developed,Such as specific development technology,demand analysis,system design,system function mode design,database design and system testing as well.Specific development technology includes related fields,such as SOA tech,REST tech,spatial data tech,Silver-light tech and J2EE tech,while using this Emergency Command Auxiliary System.Rely on the project background and specific work process of Emergency Command Auxiliary System,demanded analysis is divided into three parts:business process,functional demand and non-functional demand.The focus of this essay is on the system design and achievement stage.The whole designs like development environment,overall framework,function module design,data base design and function module achievement are operated which based on demand analysis.System function mode design is aim to frame system function further.Database design is mainly about entity relationship mapping and data base of this system.Function module achievement is described on three aspects:the implementation class,the algorithm and the flow chart.System testing,the important component of system development processing,environment test,function test,performance test would be constructed as members,which formed a closely combination with the system demand and the function design.The supervision and emergence response command auxiliary system which is developed based on this design as above will be fit for the needs of emergence response of smart city,and become an organic component of smart emergence response system on smart city.
