Design And Realization Of The Steelstructure Manufacture Management System Of Tianjin Zhongji Co.

With the rapid development of information technology industry,the level of information manufacturers are constantly enhanced,especially in the manufacturing management is even more significant achievements.However,due to various manufacturing companies of different production processes,so that a common production management systems are difficult to use management needs of different enterprises,and therefore for the management practices of enterprises,development and design of a line with the actual needs of the manufacturing enterprise management system has become the enterprises to improve the productivity of the key.This study is based on this background,the Tianjin zhongji(Hereinafter referred to as my company)The steel structure production management system design and implementation.In the course of this study,a method developed in accordance with the system,respectively,from system requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and testing of several parts of the research priorities.Wherein the system requirements analysis phase,based on the feasibility analysis,combined with the actual situation in Tianjin inter-company functional requirements of the system were analyzed using the example of FIG manner as the function of the system of representation.In the system design phase,this paper for the architecture of the system is designed,and on the basis of the overall design of the above,shows a functional block diagram of the system.According to the function module for the specific function of each module has been designed,and the database system were analyzed and discussed,given the system's preliminary design database ER diagrams and detailed database tables.In the system implementation and testing phases for the design of the above system functional modules display,and from the functional testing and performance testing of specific functional modules in two stages of administrative examination and approval system was tested.The test results show that the performance of the normal function of the system of circulation,the system meets performance requirements set in advance.Through the implementation and application of administrative examination and approval management system constructed in this paper,effectively avoid the previous slow circulation of the production process,all aspects of the production process non-convergence and other issues.Tianjin not only improve the management of inter-company manufacturing efficiency,but also to carny out research manufacturing management systems for other manufacturing enterprises to provide a reference and reference value.
