Spectroscopy is an important analytical tool for spectroscopy.It makes use of the characteristic spectrum of the substance to analyze the composition and content of the substance qualitatively and quantitatively.It is widely used in geology,metallurgy,petroleum material composition analysis,biomedical detection,light signal detection of light sensing,food quality and industrial production.With the emergence of micro-fiber spectrometer,spectral technology is experiencing the revolution from the laboratory to the production site.And it has been designed for field instruments completely centering on the sample as a practical technology.Micro-grating spectrum detection system(?-spectroscopy)based on the basic principle of traditional spectrometers is designed by adopting the MEMS processing technology.It is an innovative point of view for small size,solid-state grating detector,digital photoelectric signal output,and it is suitable used in color detection,food quality testing,water quality analysis and many other applications.First of all,in this paper,the structure and latest technology of miniaturized spectrometer are discussed.The hardware circuit driving design,the software control design and the whole mechanical structure project of the chip type spectrometer C12880 MA are carried out.The size of the hardware circuit is reduced at a large extent by use of the chip-type spectrometer,so it has meet the design requirements of the system's miniaturization.The software based on Labview is hatched up for realization data communication and spectrum measurement.Secondly,experiments are implemented for verifying the performance index of this design through research the performance parameters such as wavelength range,intensity stability,photometric accuracy,photometric repeatability,wavelength accuracy,wavelength repeatability and resolution,etc..The experimental results show that the micro-grating spectrometer is simple,small in size,sensitive and reproducible.Lastly,the experimental research of the microspectral data acquisition system in food detection was carried out.The various types of food seasoning soy sauce,vinegar and pure milk is spectrum scanned respectively.The experimental results show that the system can quickly collect the spectral data of various samples.Thedifference of the content of fat in the spectrum was found by camparing with each other.In a word,the miniature spectral detection system is designed based on the principle of spectral detection and the requirements of micro-technology.It has a lot of features,such as wide spectral range fast response,good stability,small volume,etc..It can be easily used in food,chemical and other fields of real-time online spectrum measurement.
