Based on the actual needs of Hongshan tunnel project in Chaoyang section of Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway,ABAQUS is developed and verified by laboratory and field test to verify the accuracy and practicability of the developed software.On the basis of the analysis,the different geology and geomorphology of the Hongshan tunnel section of Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway are calculated and the different excavation methods are calculated,which provides theoretical support for the project.The project generated 190 million economic benefits for the project economy.The research aimed at the project is of great significance for the subsequent development of other tunnels and underground works.Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway tunnel at Hongshan passes underneath villages whose residential density are larger;Second,horizontally total residential population distribution of villages is close to the tunnel.When using blasting construction method,these houses are also likely to happen sudden dangerous situation,having serious impact on residents' life and property security.Therefore,the tunnel section is the most important security problem which should be considered in the construction phase.The project has solved the major engineering problems.Paper based on the tunnel engineering has used ABAQUS finite element software to establish a model for settlement of the tunnel construction,tunnel blasting vibration and key technical issues used for blasting excavation related to conduct research.Research approach has mainly adopted the research methods which combine the construction data of the exploration research,analysis of numerical simulation and field test monitoring data and the ultimate goal was to develop a numerical model used in the development system which is suitable for the tunnel engineering.Based on the tunnel blasting on the basis of numerical analysis this paper has used C# which adopted object-oriented languages and built-in Python language of ABAQUS and has developed a numerical model used in the development system based on ABAQUS and C# language which could properly handle all kinds of parameters in the phase of numerical analysis in the tunnel engineering.
