With the rapid developments of national economic construction, blasting in mining, tunnel excavation, water conservancy, hydropower facilities, the removal of dilapidated buildings and urban projects such applications are more and more. Now more and more complex construction site environment, the impact of blasting vibration on the surrounding interference is increasing day by day. Blasting construction speed greatly, and also improve efficiency to reduce the labor intensity, and promote the development of the project construction. However, with the blasting technology development and use of the increasing scope, demolition and construction on the surrounding environment (structures) impact the more attention.This paper introduces the history and status of blasting vibration, and some blasting vibration safety criterion. Later elaborated the theory of explosion seismic wave propagation, indicating the main parameters affecting blasting vibration. Then discusses the wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform and the Hilbert-Huang Transform Theory, and the three theories in the blasting vibration signal analysis some of the main application.Finally, Yunnan Highway Test Centre on the railway tunnel observation and blast vibration monitoring implementation of the program collected blasting blasting vibration monitoring vibration signals using wavelet transform, wavelet packet transform and the Hilbert-Huang method of yellow signals on the blasting analysis.
