In recent years,with the transition to an innovative economy,the traditional industry development is relatively slow.Purchasing management as an important part of business activities,related to the strategic decision-making and business development.At present,a large number of enterprises in different business areas have different technical architecture,but because of the different infrastructure of the technology,can not achieve the tight integration between the various systems,so that the interlocking business is separated by an independent system,resulting in.On the basis of deep research,this paper puts forward the centralized purchasing management system based on cloud computing,and realizes system integration and data unified processing.After extensive and in-depth investigation on the purchasing management of Yunnan Metallurgical Group,this paper analyzes the existing problems in purchasing management,and builds a centralized purchasing management system based on cloud platform.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of cloud computing and centralized purchasing at home and abroad,combined with the cloud metallurgical group information construction and procurement management status,based on cloud computing SOA framework model as a system platform architecture.Secondly,this paper focuses on the problems in the procurement business process and the needs of the purchasing business department,and optimizes the procurement business process and transforms the business requirements into the system functional language.Finally,this paper designs the database structure on the basis of business process optimization and system function,and realizes the development of centralized purchasing management system based on cloud platform.At present,the centralized purchasing management system based on the cloud platform successfully runs on the cloud metallurgy group,and effectively solves the problems of system integration and dispersion,business process confusion,data sharing and unreasonable resource allocation during system operation.The final realization of the procurement business data as the core,optimize the procurement business processes;to information technology as the support,to achieve a scientific and efficient organization and management.
