With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,physical and mental health has become the basic aspiration of a better life desire.Sports and fitness are common ways for people to improve their physical and mental health.How scientific and healthy sports have become the focus of public attention.Exercise prescription has important guiding significance for people's scientific sports and fitness.The rapid development of Internet technology,making big data and cloud computing and other information technology continues deep into all aspects of people's lives.The exercise prescription generation system based on information technology plays an important role in the development of science sports and fitness.Traditional exercise prescription generation system can only meet the needs of a single illness,can no longer meet the needs of multi-illness users of science and sports fitness.Based on the comparative analysis of a variety of data mining techniques,this paper proposes a method to mine the relationship between multi-illness and exercise prescription based on association rules,and designs an exercise-based expert reasoning system based on association model.The system combines the exercise risk assessment model,the use of association rules can generate exercise prescriptions for patients with multiple illnesses,while ensuring the rational prescription of exercise,but also to ensure the safety of exercise prescription.Aiming at the problem of solving the correlation model,based on the classical Apriori algorithm,a TIS-Apriori algorithm based on the intra-transaction sequence is proposed.By using the unique sequence features ubiquitous in intra-transaction sequences,Process frequent itemsets,eliminate blind and meaningless frequent itemsets,thus reducing the number of traversal algorithm,and improve the efficiency of solving the associated model.Experiments show that the TIS-Apriori algorithm can still maintain the time-consuming and stable features in the face of large-scale frequent itemsets.Furthermore,based on the time-consuming TIS-Apriori algorithm,this paper proposes a DTIS-Apriori algorithm based on dynamic selection,which is applied to the motion prescription generation system.In the process of generating exercise prescription,this paper designs a remote cloud-based physical examination equipment architecture system,based on the physical examination and physical evaluation function,completed a simple reasoning subsystem based on risk assessment and expert reasoning based on the correlation model Subsystem.Relevant experiments show that the entire exercise prescription generation system can accurately generate exercise prescriptions for multi-disorder users and ensure the rationality and safety of exercise prescriptions.
