Design And Application Of Information Integration Platform For A Third-level Grade-a Hospital

With the continuous development of medical information,the number of medical software is more and more,and the interaction between the system is more and more frequent.At the same time,based on the original data maintenance and permissions maintenance work independently of each other and scattered,is not conducive to the unified management of the hospital.Therefore,it is necessary to transform the network structure of the hospital system.In this paper,by using the characteristics of SOA loosely coupled,and introducing the enterprise service bus(ESB)model,we design and implement a hospital information integration platform based on service bus(HSB).The platform for the seven layer architecture design thought,platform information exchange center,to support the platform of information resources,information service layer platform layer and application layer,platform layer,unified management of business applications,down hospital information infrastructure layer.At the same time,the medical service bus(HSB)supports SOAP,HL7,FTP and other protocols used to support a variety of hospital protocol subsystem docking.For the transmission of messages,HL7 V3 as the standard,the packaging of the medical subsystem and the bus is the data transmission message.Finally,on the basis of the integration platform,the single sign on of medical information system is realized by using the open source tool of Yale University.The maintenance of the information system has also been reformed,and the original rights maintenance modules of each subsystem have been removed.The integrated platform first gives the user the right to register the subsystem,and then gives the user the right to distribute the system menu or module permissions.The end user will be able to use all of the authorized subsystems after logging on to the integration platform,and the subsystem only has the function corresponding to its role.The information integration platform has completed the system test,the platform changes the hospital subsystem interaction mode and user login system,improve the efficiency of the hospital system,ensure the uniqueness of the hospital based data,realize the unified management of the hospital authority maintenance.
