With the rapid development and widespread application of digital technology,network technology and mobile communications technology,and the significant changes among people's reading environment,mode and habits,there is a new round of adjustment for publishing industry of the medium update,the reengineering of process,content management and innovative of reading ways.Therefore,the advantages of those companies that can have the more intensive integration of content,technology,sources and capital and other resources become increasingly apparent in the market competition.The traditional publishing,which is represented by the paper media,stands in the corner of the times.In terms of them,the impact of digitization is challenges and opportunities.Only seize the opportunity to enhance the digital publishing technology innovation capability,accelerate the digital transformation,they would reverse the trend of decline.As a economic developed region of the Yangtze River Delta,jiangsu has a number of the national digital publishing base and park,and the development level of digital publishing is in the middle and upper reaches of the country.This paper uses the traditional media digital publishing technology innovation ability as the research object,then explores the important indicators and establishes evaluation system based on the knowledge of many subject.Finally,doing empirical research in jiangsu has certain practical value.This paper takes the traditional media digital publishing technology innovation capability evaluation as the research object.it uses multi-disciplinary knowledge,explores the important indicator of these enterprises technological innovation,and establishes the evaluation system.This paper falls into five chapters.Chapter one introduces the background of this paper,literature review and the innovation of this paper.It also analyzes the scientificity and necessity of this paper.Chapter two firstly defines the conception of digital publishing,clears the boundaries of digital publishing industry,which is the theoretical base of analyzing the technological innovation of digital publishing enterprises.It also defines the conception of technological innovation,makes its meaning and content clear,and combs the existing levels of index system and the influencing factors of technological innovation.Chapter three refers the related factors of the technological innovation among all kinds of domestic companies andcombines them with the characteristics of digital publishing business,therefore establishes an evaluation system of technology innovation to measure their existing technological innovation.Chapter four uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct evaluation model,and applies the model to the traditional media digital publishing technological innovation capability evaluation in jiangsu province,designs questionnaire,analyzes of the status in jiangsu,puts forward the conclusion and suggestions.Chapter five is the summary and outlook of the whole paper.
