Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Purchasing System Based On SAP

With the progress of the era and the rapid development of technology,the information platform which can be used for enterprise management is gradually stepping into household appliance manufacturing industry.In the past,the purchasing staff of enterprise use a relative simple and low efficient method for handling affairs;the business modes and rate of progress were limited,while the storage and searching of information consumed lots of manpower and materials resources.Since the enterprise management information platform participated in its development,the production automation has been promoted greatly,and the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises have been improved significantly.The streamline management for the planning,anticipation,calculation,looking up,analysis,and others of cost can be standardized by the materials cost management system.In this paper,the procurement management of a large white household electrical appliance enterprise is taken as the research object,the design and implementation of the three materials cost management modules are studied from the aspects of theory and application.The main work of this paper includes:1.It summarizes the development and characteristics of ERP system and SAP system,points out the powerful function and application of SAP in enterprise management.It studies the current situation of white household electrical appliances manufacturing industry,analyzes the problem faced by purchasing process of this industry,and analyzes the demand of enterprise procurement.Solutions and countermeasures to the problems and needs can be found through the analysis of application of SAP in the enterprise purchasing process.2.According to the same and different points of the three materials cost modules related to procurement,these modules are studied in this paper respectively.Under the premise of detailed understanding of SAP system,the methods of using SAP system in purchasing materials cost management are improved in this paper by application of related modules and design of procedure,which improves the management efficiency and makes the materials cost management professionalization and standardized.3.The management strategy of purchasing materials cost is improved in this paper,similarly,the structure and process of purchasing materials cost management are summarized and improved.The three modules related to purchasing materials cost management are realized by SAP system.The system test and result analysis reflect the humanized user interface and powerful data processing capabilities of SAP in procurement management,verify the practicability of SAP system in the enterprise procurement management.
