With the wide application of Internet in modern society, people’s demand for communication has been increasing rapidly, and it has put forward more stringent requirements on the communication transmission system. How to develop a more powerful and stable communication products in the shortest time, and the excellent test plays a vital role, and how to improve the testing efficiency is a common problem in the development of communication equipment.In order to solve this problem, many enterprises have begun to put into the research of automated testing and testing, on the one hand, it is more efficient than manual testing, and can reuse previous work, reduce the workload of the following test, and then increase the testing process.This research mainly aims at the problem of low efficiency of the new generation SDH equipment, and designs and implements a system which is suitable for the new generation of SDH transmission equipment automatic test system, which can improve the coverage rate of equipment and improve the test efficiency and quality of SDH equipment.The automation testing system mainly uses the modular framework, Action Word Driven, and API interface Technology. It makes test case and test framework, test data and test logic separation, so that the test system of the individual modules can be independent of each other, and solve the problem of automatic test system which can not be used for uniform. The system is used in the actual project development, and it finds many products’ bugs, and the testing efficiency and testing quality of SDH equipment are improved.
