| This article mainly describes the plate heat exchanger’s performance tester design and development.For the time being,every country pays more attention to protect environment and global warming that get rise to more and more new environment friendly refrigerant be used and the old version refrigerant of R22 which destroy atmospheric ozone will be phased out step by step.Therefore,the popular green refrigerant of R410A was used to braze plate heat exchanger as media on a large scale.However,So far,majority of PHE(plate heat exchanger)performance tester is only capable of testing R22 refrigerant PHE,but it is very important to get performance data of R410A PHE to help customers to make selection of PHE and system ’s optimization.So it is necessary to design and develop a suitable for R410A refrigerant PHE performance tester,meanwhile,at the transition phase,the tester have to be able to test both R410A PHE and R22 PHE.In summary of,this article mainly studies following items.This article mainly describes design and develop system of refrigerant R410A and R22 and common cooling water system,develop application of control and measurement system which base on Labview platform,PHE thermal calculation and correlation equation and the tester commissioning and verification.In terms of refrigerant and cooling water system mainly describes realization of refrigerant system and cooling water system,advance control and economize small chiller design and selection of pump,EXV(electronic expansion valve),compressor etc.In terms of control and measurement system mainly describes hardware design,optimized control logic and PID algorithm study,Labview producer and consumer software architecture study,Automatic calculation and dynamic analysis testing data,and then automatic export standardized report.As the test result shows:the new PHE tester is able to cover testing capacity of 10-50kw,and live up to standard of JN8701-1998 requirement.Meanwhile the tester has good combination of R410A and R22 system,it is able to test both evaporators and condensers.Optimized control logic and algorithm let the test easy to stay in stable conditions.That’s not only improve the test efficiency but also save energy consumptions.Apart from above,the specify design small air-cooled chiller also achieve the defined requirement which avoid to invest the large chiller and save the cost. |
