Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management System For Leading Group Of State-owned Enterprises

Data warehouse,software design and the realization technology of rapid development,promote the application of distributed management system in state-owned enterprises,enterprise OA system,ERP system,human resources management system has been developed,to improve the state-owned enterprise informationization,automation and intelligent office level.The construction of the leading group of the state owned enterprises is the most important way to respond to the call of the Party Central Committee and to carry out the optimization of the enterprise management team,so it is important to develop a leading group of the state owned enterprises.In this paper,we first introduce the background of the system development,analysis the system at home and abroad research information system application status,summed up the existence of version control,coupling degree is not high,poor integration,the platform development thought,keep the flexibility and intelligence in decision support system etc..Secondly,the thesis analyzes the C / S architecture,B / S architecture,ASP.Net technology,ADO.Net technology,ESB technology,data warehouse technology and SOA technology,contrast and analysis the application advantages of these techniques,for system development and implementation of good technical support.Then,this paper from the four aspects of economy,technology,management and society were feasibility analysis,and use UML use case diagram of system function model is derived for a business logic function,respectively is information management function,management function of leading group,appointment and removal of management function,management function,performance management function of the aspects of demand analysis,for the leadership to optimize the configuration management,also on the system were performance requirements analysis,describes the system's robustness,portability,high response,good interactivity.Then,in this paper,the system design is derived from the system network structure,hardware and software deployment architecture,hierarchical architecture,the system using structured process technology process modeling are a perfect team to optimize system configuration,and the use of E-R diagram and relational table design of the database system.Finally,this paper uses VisualStudio integrated development environment and VC# technology to achieve a perfect function of the system,describes the system database access to the core code,and gives each of the core functions run screenshot.Leadership optimal allocation system can unify each unit of information,clear workflow system functions,standardize enterprise leadership personnel management procedures,to further improve the leaders of management level of scientific decision-making,improve work efficiency,realize the leading personnel of state-owned enterprises intelligent management,persistence,informatization,standardization.
