Research On Database Management System Of Basic Farmland Based On MapGIS

With the development of social economy,the business of land and resource develops towards the directions of standardization,diversification and differentiation.The land management department’s demands of the basic farmland management are growing.In order to carry on the basic farmland management smoothly and promote comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable economic and social development,the establishment of an effective basic farmland database management system is urgently necessary,which can strengthen and standardize the management of land and resources and improve the level of land and resources management.Based on the GIS,the basic farmland database of the integrated management of graphics and attribute data extracts the basic farmland related data from the existing system data of the land business.This paper mainly uses the methods and principles of software engineering and the basic farmland management mode in the levels of provinces,cities and counties to study and design the basic farmland database management system based on MapGIS.First,the paper analyzes the study background,purpose,significance and research status of the system.Second,the author introduces the principles and standards of the system construction.Third,the process designs and the key technologies in the basic farmland database are explained in detail.The system is developed mainly by the VC++ and.net technologies and the technical architecture is a combination of C/S and B/S modes.Fourth,the designs of the county-level basic farmland subsystem are presented in detail.Finally,this paper introduces the methods of the function design of the basic farmland management system in the province,city and county levels.The basic farmland database management system will have great significance in strengthening the dynamic monitoring and management of the basic farmland and promoting the informationization and modernization of the basic farmland protection work.
