With the rapid development of Internet,the customer has more and more requirements on demand,in order to make customers satisfied with the service of the tech company,at the same time also more and more high to the requirement of the company,not only need to considerate service on the function,and also should do better on other services.At the same time,the customer management system will play a big role here,gradually become necessary for the development of the company.Tech company customer relationship management system based on SSH framework so as to,in order to better understand the needs of customers,manage customer information,the customer management system will improve the traditional customer relationship management,enhance the communication between with customers,and through the large data processing technology to the analysis of the related with the customers,and make corresponding decision,improve the efficiency of the wages,maintain good long-term cooperation relationship with customers,so as to make the company benefit maximization.Tech company customer relationship management system based on SSH framework using J2 EE framework in the overall technical framework,and combining with the spring,struts and hibernate,also combined with the MVC pattern to the system can be divided into the presentation layer,business logic layer and data layer.The presentation layer is mainly reflected in the Struts,as well as the need to implement specific functions;The business logic layer adopts a Spring to implement,and through the service interface HTML language to take the information from the Internet,the service implements the logic function;The data layer to use hibernate to complete implementation and to encapsulate data,provide the interface to implement the data exchange.System mainly implements the workbench on the function,customer management,marketing management,sales management,member management and platform management function of the six.The workbench include operating table,announcements and Shared folder of the three functions;Customer management mainly includes the client list and customer information operation two functions;Marketing management mainly includes the market activity and website construction of these two functions;Sales management mainly includes the sales leads,business opportunities,order list and customer follow up these four functions;Member of management is mainly to member information management,grade management and integration management rules;Platform management business mainly includes to the operation of the SMS tasks,mail task operation,and the import management of the three main functions of operation.Tech company customer relationship management system based on SSH framework after normal operation,the system can better management and understand the customer demand,and better established a good relationship with customers,making and customer management has realized the full automation,greatly improve the work efficiency.And the system can better understand the customer's demand,so that companies can better plan with the customers,and make corresponding decision,then the customer can experience the good user experience.
