With the rapid growth of Internet of Things industry and vehicle industry in recent years,car shops have more demands for traffic and vehicle management.Car shops need effcient and convenient System of Positioning control and service management.According to the real demand of car shops for information built of traffic and vehicle management.This thesis design and develop a system of positioning control and service management.This system includes two subsystems,one is WEB subsystem,the other is corresponding subsystem.The WEB subsystem includes eight blocks:vehicle setting,vehicle management,vehicle maintaining,operations,search and statistic,and so on.The corresponding subsystem can be used to send,receive and save the data from vehicles to users.The data analysis subsystem can support individual service and management.The main contribution of this thesis include two aspects:.(1)For business,we design and implement a service and management system of Internet of vehicles,and this system support real time location,individual service,friendly visualization and so on.These benefits can rise the value of car shops.(2)For technique,we use data mining and machine learning techniques such as Personas,Neural Network to analysis the history maintainment data,in order to support the individual and precise maintainment service.The current system built connections from vehicles to platform,from vehicles to users.For further improving,the system would built connections from vehicles to vehicles in the future.What's more,the platform would collect a large scale of data,the platform could provide more intelligent and individual service for users by using big data techniques.
